Yanmar ym13 plus sd20 saildrive "clicking"at low revs

When I run my yanmar ym13 (2gm20) on a sd20 saildrive at "engaged" it clicks, like at every rotation or similar, potpotpot together with clickckickclick. This dissapears when I increase rpms.
Not sure if this is only in forward, or also in reverse.

Is this something that needs investigation or is this sort of normal?

It should be clean, it went in to the water in spring, lives in fresh water.

But that is something to keep in mind.

I think i found it.
The connection between gear lever and bowden cable had about 1 mm room to move sideways.
I think the new engine mounts (last year) resulted in a different resonance, causing the clickediclick where I had non before.

After adding a washer yesterday, no noise today.
