We’ve just bought a tidy little 18ft diesel launch with a (very old – 1969-1972?) Yanmar PMX 6 in it, all running tickety –boo. No service manuals or anything with it. Looking for manual, but any help about ongoing maintenance, service, operation, etc or a steer in the right direction appreciated!

Hi,
I have an original PMX6/8 manual. I had a pmx 6 fitted in my boat and only replaced it last year. It never missed a beat.
Pm me and I'll send it to you. Celler Garage Marine in Porth Hallow near Helston Cornwall used to provide spares.
