I just replaced all my coolant hoses for my 2GM20F with original Yanmar parts in the interests of preventative maintenance. In the grand scheme of things this wasn't an expensive project. I'm surely overpaying for just some hoses, but I know the replacement will fit (the impeller-to-heat exchanger hose definitely has a funky shape), is up to the job, and will be ok for at least a decade.
