Hi, I did some looking round when I got a new Yanmar powered boat and was put in touch with Marine Wise who are agents for Yanmar, Fischer Panda, Nanni and Webasto.
I have used them for just over a year now on the main engine, generator and bowthruster and they have been first class (and there are not many suppliers in the marine industry I could say that about!)
I have no commercial links with them except as a happy customer.

You don't really need a main agent for work like that, just someone competent who can get spares if needed. This looked like a reasonable outfit when I used them earlier in the year.

[/ QUOTE ]When we bought a Yanmar engine a few years ago, I shopped round all the local agents and ended up buying from a Marina in Dartmouth (the one on the East side of the river). They gave us the best price and some of the Plymouth agents couldn't even be bothered to quote.
