Yanmar 6lpa 315hp coolant in turbo

I have coolant leaking from the turbo. Cracked exhaust manifold or what?
Engine overheated.
Where's it leaking from exactly? E.g. has a coolant pipe just come off the turbo, got a leak or a loose hose clamp before you jump to more serious things? From memory there's a coolant fitting underneath the turbo that can come loose.

It's not a hose. the leak is coming from the connection from the turbo to the exhaust elbow. It is a pretty substantial leak.

Not an expert on yanmar but if you would have a crack in the exhaust manifold , so coolant > exhaust side you would just blow the coolant thru the turbo into the exhaust pipe .

A visible leak will be thankfully only a minor thing like a loose hose / fitting etc i think .

Image swiped from ebay....similar to this ?
Coolant pipes in and out possibly leaking somewhere.

Recently had a problem with a exhaust riser on a 4 cylinder Yanmar.
In my case leaking exhaust fumes and of course almost impossible see where/what problem was.
Made of cast iron, Yanmar risers are apparently prone to corrosion , in my case a small patch the size of a penny welded on by a local prop repair shop, riser/turbo needed to be removed of course and right PIA to remove but once off ,obvious simple and cheap repair.
Even possibly a crack could be fixed if external , just need to find somebody who know what they are doing. ?

Hope this helps. ?
Simple weld fixed this.
