Yanmar 4JH3 Workshop Manual where can I obtain one

We have just bought a motor boat, Marex 280 fitted with a Yanmar 4JH3-HTE.

Can anyone tell me where to get a full workshop manual for this engine. Either hard copy or download.

I found a couple of sites to download for around $15, but when I tried my computer highlighted virus download warnings, anyone have experience of a reliable site?

I downloaded one from a German site for free in 2010 (for the 4JH2 but the title page includes 4JH-DTE). Consists of a number of PDFs. About 15MB. I lost the link when I had to rebuild my computer a year or two back, but I'm pretty sure it was a .de site.

I expect to be back by Friday so if you haven't found one by then PM me and we'll try to think of an idea.

I've got a note at home of a swedish site that had hundreds of manuals ( I got the 3gm one), but here is the service manual in the mean time..
