18 Jan 2009 #2 steve28 Well-Known Member Joined 19 May 2003 Messages 1,480 Location Cornwall www.falmouthgypsy.com the alternator and crank pulleys come off easily with a three leg puller, the water pump one was a right bugger to release without distorting the pressed steel pulley. I cleaned them off on a lathe which was cheating i suppose. steve
