Yanmar 100 Engine AV Mount

The attached shows my 3YM30 engine a/v mount. It looks low - can anyone advise whether it needs changing please

In my experience of Yanmar mountings, I'd say Yes it's overdue for replacement. HOWEVER, I don't have a 3YM30 and have only got experience of the singles and twins.

Does your engine align with the propshaft when the coupling is disconnected?
