Yamaha 2b fuel cap

I have acquired a very nice, pristine Yamaha 2b outboard. The only problem is that the fuel cap vent has been fixed badly at some point and doesn't seal well.

Does anyone have an old one knocking about by any chance or know where I can get one.

Have you tried Yamaha outboard dealers ?

If no joy investigate the possibility that one for a Mariner 2B is the same.

In theory all the parts of the cap assembly are available separately

I have one, the plastic finger screw vent has cracked but works ok and could easily be filled with epoxy if needed. Yours for the cost of postage and a couple of quid in the next RNLI box you come across?
