YachtSurfer contact details please

Does anyone have up to date contact details for the marine WiFi company YachtSurfer?
I have inherited a Marine LTE 4G Router together with various bits of YachtSurfer kit and I am struggling to get it to work. The published phone number 01392 984 131 is out of service.
Are they still a going concern?

They seem to have a Facebook page. You could try asking there. Sorry I can’t check to see if there are recent posts as I don’t do Facebook but did see they have page.

In what way are you struggling? There are a few of us here that could probably work it out for you

The Facebook page is out of date and the most recent posts are a couple of years ago.
I am struggling as having followed the instructions (and usually am ok at this sort of thing) the light sequence on router does not get past ‘establishing connection’.
Most recently I could not even see the router WiFi on two different phones.
I will be back on board on Sunday and will persevere with it but I wonder if silence from the company could be an explanation for my troubles?

I believe YachtSurfer was a product of Exmoor Technology Ltd, which was dissolved in 2014.

The obvious question is do you have an active SIM card in there? If so then you might need to go into the router interface to configure the APNs for your network. It’s probably something like a Teltonika inside the box
