Yachtsman prosecuted by Navy; what happened?

From memory I thought the case of the sailor in Plymouth who wouldn't get out of the way of a navy ship when ordered to by MOD police was due to be heard last month but I haven't seen or heard anything about this for ages.
Anyone know what's happened?

Yes I remember the case, but does anyone know or was it ever stated what the charge was ?
