Try Coatia as well, Nearly every boat in my marina is for sale. Most are not adverties. You may have to put another 7900 quid on top to get a good one.
Two peices of equipment are mandatory, Fidge and Bimini

I would check out Sail Ionian on Levkas. British owned and run company who closely manage their Bavarias and as an ex-and hopefully future customer, I was impressed with their maintenance.
