I feel that some of the boating fraternity are not taking their sleeping duties seriously enough. I propose to institute a tachograph system to enforce it forthwith.
Sleep on leisurecraft at Sea Regulations are in force from now!

Don't listen to him - he's from Scotland.
So-called 'Spy in the Cab' introduced into HGVs in the um (insert decade), recording automatically info on time travelled (oops Dr. Who?) speed etc., which could be checked by DOT....

Now you come to mention it, 'oor Jimi' had a post recently about the state of people's boats...I kept schtum but that boat of yours in Crinan basin is a national bloody disgrace! One tv series ten years ago and yer too good fer a bit of routine maintenance!
Claymore wuz just saying the other day he's offerd to lend ye a couple sheets o' sandpaper 'n' a paintbrush....
