Yachting Monthly 5 tonner - help needed

An old friend, who has since passed away, had this boat out of the water in Dartmouth. It has now become the responsibility of his daughter. The boat was in good condition, but over the last two years has slowly declined. I believe it still to be in sound condition, but is looking in need of some serious TLC.
The question is where would be the best place to sell the boat quickly at a realistic price, as yardage costs are mounting.

Market is probably very limited. Usual places to advertise are ebay and of course Classic Boat. You might also consider using a broker. Peter Gregson of Wooden Ships www.woodenships.co.uk is local to you and specialises in this type of craft.

Try the Eventide owners group , they deal with the YM sponsored designs, and have a free boats for sale page.

Are you sure it is not a Yachting World 5 tonner? The YM boats were mostly nammed, ie Eventide, Waterwitch riptide etc. Exception was the buchanan designed little '3 Tonner'.

And I love the Eventide too. Or any Maurice Griffiths design. And his writings.
And I agree, it's possible the boat could be confused - name wise - for a Yachting World 5 Tonner, as you know, a Robert Clark design. My Dad owned one for many years, and we used to reckon she was every bit as good as, and equivalent to (!), a friend's Vertue that moored nearby...
