A friend, looking for some Shrimper sails, has just asked me about this outfit in Devon.
Anybody with experience? Not connected with the outfit that has got so much flak on here?

Thankyou! There was a dim bit in my memory that connected them. But, I have a friend close by that could deal directly with them. So, if they have the sails and in decent condition, a deal could be done.

Yes, but if one pitches up and deals in person? Only part with loot if sails in hand?

That would be the only way to deal with them.
Personally I would still avoid them, because i would be concerned that there may be some poor soul on the other end of the deal who doesn’t get paid for the sail they have sold.
