Is "Awlgrip" a make of paint? I have not come across the name before. Where do you buy it, is it expensive and did you spray it or roller it on? I have a Freeman 22 to paint and I might as well use a product that someone has found to be good.
Thanks. Paul

yes, any nicks can be patched up quickly and easily, thoughly recomend it. Can be put on with roller brush and spray, also an addative is also available to make the paint skin quickly which helps if there are insects around or an unexpected shower of rain.

Awlgrip is the brand name for paint packaged for amatuer boaties by Resene Devoe. The same paint is available in bulk from dealers/fish co-ops etc. under the Resene name and others. Its an American company that manufactures under license in several countries. In Australia the paint is manufactured in Brisbane. Their antifouling is particularly good. Their 2 pot polyurethane does not contain cyanide and is safer to spray than other brands. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
