Tiscali support misleading @ best & Actually lying about updates & modems

Now back on ordinary XP + a working system

Lack of drivers is a well know issue for this OS. It never had enough market share for hardware manufacturers to go to time and expense of creating drivers for their products.

There are very few reasons to want to use it, unless you have a requirement to use over 4GB RAM

should have asked first. bought legit copy of xp woz offered this version & i have the 64 bit chip so just said yes, stoopid really but did get a free vista thats goin on ebay so should get the cash back + the x64 will follow it pdq /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
