Hi all. We have an old XM Yachting beanded dehumdifier which has worked well for quite a few years. However the fan has now stopped running. I can hear the compressor running and have established that there is power going to the fan motor and tried changing the capacitor to no avail and that's about reached the limit of my technical ability.

I've managed to remove the offending part but am having problems finding a replacement and I found a few very old threads on here where people had the same problem and someone found a suitable part on Ebay but my search there hasn't found a good match.

The data plate on the fan motor reveals that it was made by PROMAC Home Appliance Corp and gives he following spec's:
Model: YD6, Volt 220-240V/50Hz, Amps: 0.1A, 1SP, High 900r/min, Class: E

Anybody know where I can buy a replacement motor (for less than the price of a new dehumidifier!!!)
Thanks,
Stu
