XC Weather Problem

XC Weather has been one of my favorite weather websites for a long time, especially the wind observation maps. On my recently acquired Lenovo tablet however, tapping a screen location brings up data for somewhere to the west. Eg, if I want to see winds for the Irish Sea coast I need to tap somewhere on the East Coast. Any-one else found this?
This happens with the pre-installed Chrome browser, i've just found that by installing Firefox, the site works OK, but I'm still puzzled about Chrome, which works properly on several other Android devices that I've used.

XC has let me down a number of times for its accuracy for the Irish Sea. If you want a really good alternative that I have found brilliant use Met Eireann app on phone. It is much much better.

I plug in the location via the text box.

Now done that. Yes v. helpful.
Contacting Dave at XCWeather has resulted in him fixing a bug in the app. which now works fine with Android on my new tablet.
