XC weather anomaly

Two of us aboard, both looking at XC weather forecast, and from same url. Two different forecasts for the same place, different wind speeds, same direction.
How can one website produce two different forecasts for same place, same time?

Had they both been refreshed / reloaded and does xc have or use different weather models ?

Are you using location of phone, rather than say "Tobermory" or wherever you are, entered manually?

Years ago I noticed something similar, the missus uses phone location, and I use the town we are in - the forecasts were different. Alas, I can't quite remember why I plonked for inputting the place, but have done that ever since.

You can input a lat and long in numerals, too. W is negative.
