Now the sun has come out and cruising plans are being finalised does anybody want to have a go at writing a Perfect Weekend cruising guide for MBY on their local area or somewhere they plan to go this season. A number of you responded to my last post but there's still room for a few more, especially if you're heading somewhere other than the main Solent hot spots.
You don't need to be a professional writer/photographer but you will need to know the area well enough to make detailed recommendations on how to spend a perfect weekend boating there and take some suitably enticing high resolution photographs of everywhere you mention.
We'll pay good money for any submissions we publish and you'll get to see your work in the pages of Motor Boat & Yachting magazine.
Let me know if you're interested and where you're boating this Summer (UK only for this series but we may be interested in overseas adventures for other ideas). If it sounds promising, I'll pm you with a proper brief of what we'll need.
