Wreck on Brighton Marina breakwater

Anybody know the story behind this little chap high and dry at Brighton?

We saw her last week, a few days after Storm Evert bowled along, but I forgot to ask at the marina office what the story was.
Fenders neatly rigged on port side as though she was headed for the marina.
I hope no-one was hurt. No obvious signs of major damage but we didn't go in close!

Used to be a fairly regular sight at Eastern Road Portsmouth ... boats broken away from moorings and up on the concrete wall next to motorway ..

"Stalled on the hard shoulder"?

She'd have to have come a long way to be a breakaway from a mooring, but not impossible.

Apparently engine problems whilst entering marina,it was on the LOA face book page a few days ago.

In that entrance there's not much time to choose between re-starting the engine and dropping the anchor before you end up on the boulders.
Nobody hurt, I hope?

The pic was taken around LW neaps, so hopefully she has been safely refloated by now.
