I agree with RS -it is clearly a limo for a large yacht and is wearing I think a Cayman ensign. (Limo = a tender with an enclosed fully dry space for the guests to go ashore in smart clothes even in rough weather). I can't think of anything in build in that shade of blue large enough to want a limo like this, but there must be one somewhere...

Yup LLP. You've surely got that it. It's the same blue and has the same "gold strips" detailing aft of the side windows (copied from Fairline squadron actually ) as the new Feadship Dream, so surely Dream is her new mothership
