For mixing I've a simple blend such as Ballantines or J&B.
For finer taste a Bunnahabhain single malt 12yrs.
But the house cocktail is 1/6 gin, 2/6 Passoa and 1/2 orange juice. Serving this to the guests also empties the Whisky at a slower rate.
