That's a fax number...I know try and do someone a favour and it just ends up becoming more trouble than it's worth.
I caught a mooring line on Wednesday (actually it was the line connecting fore and aft mooring bouys). After about two hours we decided to cut the connecting rope and I just wanted to let someone know and pay for any damage (a new rope?) although it looked like we were not the first ones to have got fouled - the rope we cut had already been cut and tied together three or four times!!
