In the distant past, I have hit the skeg of a 85hp Mercury outboard (on a Shetland 18) on a coral outcrop.
Similar to this
Annoying thing is I KNEW it (the outcrop) was in that location. ? ??
If only just a few inches to the right.
No, there was no rum involved.?
