Woodbridge - pub / resturant suggestions please

My lad has a football match in Woodbridge tomorrow morning so planning to have lunch out afterwards somewhere nearby. Any suggestions?

The Crown is quite nice and fairly close to the river for a post-prandial stroll.

Try the Old Bell and Steelyard in New Street. One of the oldest pubs in UK. Excellent food, and Adrian and Siggi are great hosts.

I like the cafe/restaurant by the Tidemill as you walk towards the marina - great food and location. On a nice sit outside looking down the river and at the old boats. The Waterfront Cafe

Had a very nice stake at the Maybush in Waldringfield last night.
Bit of a trip from Woodbridge but not to far.
Go into Martelsham village and turn left opposite the pub at the bottom of the hill and follow your nose (and the signs).

Ended up in Kings Head. Food good and adnams on tap - shame I had to drive back to Yorkshire!!
