Okay, so I'm about to book this (later this week). I have menu selections from all and deposits all sorted (those that I've not seen owe me, but I figure you're good for it /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif).
Looks like there will be 20 of us - not a bad turnout.
Last chance to drop out now, or for anyone else interested. PM me before tomorrow....
Roger will probably have Ice Cream for starters
Chocolate Surprise with ICE CREAM for main
And sauce for afters - dont forget blue Christmas lights on the tree.

Mike - What a great idea? Only the menu I saw didn't offer those options. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Still, I might try and save some room for a cheescake and ice cream or three. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Everything seems to be going to plan.
I'm just about to shut the computer down for the last time here and pack it.
If all goes well, we will be back on line on Monday week - got loads of things to do tho' so the internet will have to wait.
However, the boat is now official and we are hoping to actually see visit her on the Tuesday the 11th (the day before the Xmas party) so I will take loads of pics and bring them along.
Here's hoping that everything gets to Devon without any problems.
When you are back on the PC, you will also need to update your avatar. Can't wait!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Our broadband was actually put on at the end of last week but its been going through the ADSL learning phase - and as expected, we are in a marginal area and had to wait for the auto speed detection process to get to a useable speed.
Anyway - back on line again.
Most of our stuff is still in boxes but we will have plenty of time to unpack - looking forward to meeting you all on Wednesday.
Should have some photos of our visit to Plymouth as well.
I found a good cure for the dizzyness. When the boatyard calls and says "Rick, we have a problem - I must tell you that last night a chopper flew into...." and at that point, hangover gone! Fortunately, the helicopter just hit the powerlines, so no power at the yard...
With a bit of luck, power will be back tonight and they can finish the polishing tomorrow...
Many thanks for organising such an enjoyable evening - both Sarah and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
What a nice bunch of peeps ( given they have mobo's )! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Thanks Rick for organising a great evening.
Well done to the Dog and Duck - excellent service.
Thanks Roger, for the formal bit - great speech - can you remember what you said?
We've just arrived back in Devon - back to more unpacking now.
We will be visiting my mum regularly so will probably try and tie a visit to her with some of your meetings so I'm sure we will remain in touch.
Thanks again to everyone for a great evening and a special thanks to timbad and fendergirl for our present!!!
Nice to see you all again.
Thanks Rick for arranging it, Roger for the entertainment, D&D for food, and the rest of you for making it a pleasant evening.
