Wiring up push swich for leds

I have a couple of these and can't work out how to wire them up. When I do, the leds work on/off but the green/red light on the switch doesn't indicate on/off correctly. There are the usual three wires - red, black and white.

Any ideas? Can't fine any wiring instructions via Durite themselves.

The red wire is 12v positive. The black wire is 12v negative. The white wire outputs 12v positive to your leds when the switch is on. Wired like this, the green/red lights on the switch should work correctly.
