I read the article as meaning they are all located and accounted for and awaiting retrieval so no danger to navigation.Its the items we don't know about that worry me.

I read it the same : "The remainder are either secured by vessels at sea or are otherwise anchored off the coast of central Norfolk awaiting processing. "

Totally agree but one was certainly floating around until it went ashore and usually things like that as towed, secured, anchored so large get to be RNWs
 
Just passed them taking two away on Saturday morning, we got told off by the guard vessel for getting too close as we sailed up the coast. They looked very long when behind the tugs.
 
Was on the beach at Horsey Friday & Saturday lot of activity with many commercial vessels inolved. Did look as keeping 1.5 miles or so offshore would be a minimum.
