Too easy. A few vessels that got here but never got any further. Nice temps in January though.

I reckon it's OK for a short visit. The marina and some of the surrounding buildings are showing neglect and the marina showers are falling quickly down the scale.
Lively bars and restaurants in the evenings and nearby in town, many don't serve alcohol....but enough do.
The castle at the back is being refurbished a d there is access to some parts. A big earthquake in 1960 wrecked a lot of Agadir, lots killed in the castle. Muslim law requires 60 years to pass before the castle rebuild could begin. Newly opened is a cable car from the middle of town to the summit. Good views and a duty camel for tourist photo bait.
Long beach with a lot of western hotels.
Coach toMarakesh takes 3 hours but is a smooth ride. Worth a couple of days seeing the sights, best bit, early morning hot airbaloon ride.
Is Agadir worth it? I would say yes, but don't expect disneyworld.
