Winter projects?

I'm one of those strange people who enjoys winter maintenance, especially if it's an improvement to the old girl (boat, that is). This year though I've nothing special planned' cos the summer's activities were so curtailed by weather that we didn't really get to use last years stuff very much. (Solar panel and new manual anchor winch). So I'm soon going to be a bit bored.
What do other forumites have in mind for the 'out of water' months? Any good ideas?

Hi, As we are retiring soon,First Mate has decided that we are to have a proper cockpit enclosure with plenty of clear panels for letting in light. After last summers cold and wet I can see why she is keen on this one.......... If anyone from the Solent area has had a similar enclosure and can recomend a company, please feel free to let me know.

Biggest job will be foredeck revamp, fed up with only a single cleat, going to put in two cleats plus anchor pawl plus a strong point for an inner forestay (which will hoepfully also be on the winter list).
That and a complete repaint.
Oh and some reading lights in the forecabin.
