Winter Flotillas

Is there any flotilla companies who do Flotillas in Late November in warmer climates (Caribbean, S/E Asia etc)?

I cant find any on the interweb, but surely the flotilla holidays are not 100% based on the Northern Hemisphere holiday season?

Sunsail do the Caribbean and I'm sure lots of others must do - a fair proportion of the Med charter fleets go across to the West Indies for the winter.

I'd guess that there must be flotilla holidays in Australia - try Googling Whitsundays or Hamilton Island, plus flotilla. Judging by the accounts on here, the requirements for charter aren't too strict Down Under and mostly involve being asked which is port and which is starboard, and demonstrating that you can leave the pontoon and come back in again, without totalling the boat
