From my home town of Stavanger today
Slight Fred drift but we visited Stavanger earlier this year (on a cruise rather than our own boat unfortunately). What a cracking boating location!! Luckily there were no dinghy flying around during our visit

Taken in the area of Kalhammaren in Stavanger, and from recollection, there is a series of Quays a bit further out ... where this area is the inner part and the old style building above is the maritime college at the main entrance of Stavanger harbour. Could therefore have been taken in relative safety ... love the photo though....
