Windvane steering’s old model

I have a 40 years old Halmatic with probably same age windvane steering and wonder if anyone knows the brand

That looks very much like a Hasler SP3. No longer made, but the paddles and vanes are easily DIYable, and any frame repairs can be made by any competent stainless welder. Good vid of one working here: SP3

That looks more like a Hasler MP model (larger than SP model).
