at present my boat has the hand operated ones for which are rubbish, so i want to fit 12v but only have one hole and do not like the idea of drilling another hole, as the motors i have seen need two any ideas of a make which requires one hole

Go to ASAP-Supplies and type windscreen wiper into the search box.

You will come up with two models that only require one hole.

I've got the US AFI model see West Marine that is similar to the Vetus motor.
