Just a couple of points

When I renewed all my windows I bought what I thought was the correct rubber; correct panel thicknes and window thickness, but it was not quite the same as the original and did not go round the rather small radius corners I have very well.

If you've not done this job before be warned the first one is b*, sorry, very difficult but the subsequent ones are much easier.

Cut the rubber over length and force the cut ends together. You'll be surprised how it all disappears!

You'll need the special tool tool for fitting the trim strip.

If you intend getting swmbo to help hire the divorce lawyer first.

Also reccomend Portmere Rubber as I use them regularly, or you could try Technix rubber at Curdridge or Comries in Millbrook tel 80702911

Ive just done mine on a freeman (Mo Bo)

The trim tool is worth it's weight in gold.

I was given a plastic tool to help with the rubber. Hard nylon, Wedge at one end, pointy at the other. Like a plastic tyre leaver. Also very usefull.

The bend radius on the small windows was quite tight. This lead to leaking after instalation. I understand that moden 'rubber' will not bend as well as older stuff.

A good coating of windscrean sealant solved it though.

PM. Me if you have any questions.

You could also try Wilks Rubber. Don't know the details but I think an Internet search will unearth them. I have an old catalogue from them with lots of rubber extrusions in it.

Try Wilks - they are at Tollesbury, Essex - I used them years ago and they were very helpful. As others say, cut over length and force the ends to butt together(I had to add about a ½" length on my first window!). After the first one it's easy!
