Can anyone recommend window restoration products that work?

I've been looking at BoatSheen Vinyl Window Restorer which claims to be a set of products that help remove the light scrathing and discoloration that builds up on vinyl windows.

Any comments or suggestions please?

I use star brite two part plastic polish and restorer. Bit pricey, but reasonably effective. Ultimately, vinyl windows have a limited life due sun / uv damage and scratching etc. You can have them cut out and replaced tho. Had mine done by the trim shop at Penton hook. Was about £120 for all five windows in my canopy.

ah.....maybe I was asking the wrong question: I was referring to the main windscreen/side windows as opposed to the canopy?

The star brite is actually designed for just such a thing! Was just saying that I have seen good results on vinyl too. :) it's a two part product, a scratch remover followed by polish...

Thanks chaps.....I'm at the stage where I am happy to invest some time trying 'magic potions' before replacing.

My car windows are always SPOTLESS and I get a little stressed looking through boat windows that 'have room for improvement' especially when its tipping down with rain and I can't look over them :D

Its a hang-up of mine....
