Window channel rubbers

The sliding windows on our Benny 9 series are stiff as hell, I checked the channel rubbers out at the weekend and they've gone hard and brittle. Does anyone know where I might be able to scource some replacement rubbers?

Yes but they've gone hard and brittle and are starting to break up a bit.
