Pretty Piss-Poor on the part of the Marina staff and the local boat yards really. Even just running up and down the pontoons slashing the mooring warps would have been a load less damaging.
In the 2005 floods and storm they had more time to replace the warps as the water didn't rise quite as quickly.

We are not o the lake, however the agent for our boat were. Maiden Marine who have given us a 10/10 service are just a little further round the lake than this (heading south) and turned out to release lines and minimise damage to the boats.
I wouldn’t be too harsh on the marina as who would walk across submerged pontoons, in a storm, to release lines – other than MM
