Often depends where you are, I am in Greece to solar panels for me, feeds 435 ah battery bank
You can do it cheaper than what you are looking at, shop around for the panel and controller
You can do it cheaper from Sunstore if you're prepared to to a bit of DIY. Space might be an issue, but you could buy the 20A duo battery controller for £53 and a couple of 100w monocrystalline panels for £131 each for much the same money. OK, you'll spend a bit on wire and may need to build a frame to mount them, but it's a helluva lot more bang for your buck.
If it's practicable to do so, I'd suggest it's always better to have two (or more) smaller panels in parallel rather than one big one as a tiny bit of shade can reduce the output of a panel by a surprising amount (can't remember the figures), but it's only the one panel that's affected.
Incidentally, I've got a similar setup to the one I've described, but only 20w panels (no room for more) and it works well. FWIW, I found Sunstore good people to do business with. A packing error was sorted quickly and without fuss.
The charge controller in the link looks identical to mine. Was about £30 off eBay
The 10A version looks the same and is £33 at Sunstore
