Hi. I'm looking for Hasler,Plastimo,Monitor,Nort Pacific light or other reliable wind vane drawings to make it myself or to buy used one on good price. If someone have an information let me know ...and my email is eopaaaa@gmail.m it is for my Folksong 25. Years ago I mount a vane like "Joshua"Bernard Moatesier boat-directly on rudder on my gunter rigged 22 feet longkeeler,it's worked good, but infackt I sailed in good conditions,if someone have some experience it would be good to contact me....I hesistate to mount here dame vane, because is simple, cheap and I know it,but always can be good to hear new sugestions. Chears...

First of all, great choice of boat. The Folksong is a great boat, have you had her long?

I have a folksong too and just fitted a Navik this past winter. So far, it works great. Not too heavy to hang off the narrow stern and I have never seen a boat hold such a good course; it was as if the tell tails were painted on the sails!

Keep an eye (or saved search) on ebay, vanes often come up.

Good luck!
