Wind causing a bit of havoc in New Zealand recently

Look for the 57 foot cat breaking its berthing lines and getting flipped end for end in the top left and the bare poles 4 spreader mono getting laid over in the top right

I wondered about that myself but it was described as a tornado so at that time i think it must have been pretty localised to the marina area

More a racha than a tornado...

Damage all over Auckland.... lots of 'gusts' everywhere.... 'severe gusts' here and there...

Pretty bleak wx over both NZ and SE Australia in the last few weeks.....
