William Fife in danger

There is a 55 foot 1938 genuine William Fife that is need of some TLC. It is in danger of being taken over by a boatyard for next to nothing because the owner cannot pay a disputed bill. I could get her for 100k but don't have the required capital. If anyone wants one of the all-time classics, this could be the moment.
