So that's how to turn them over, I will be needing to do that later.
It looks fabulous, but there's surely an awfully long way to go.
Yes, but Terry has only just started, he's about 5 years in!
so launch will be around 2025?
Looks like everything is new!
BB, you know what % of original frame/hull is still on and what condition the boat was when he started?
cheers

I worked on fairey huntsmans when I left school in 66 , one was called Petita ,we rebuilt the engines ,the owner managed to get a Perkins engineer over to Jersey to over see the project ,
This September I was sailing with my mate on his cat, in Yarmouth we took a run in the tender up under the bridge to look at the boats, and there was Petita looking like new.
Also came across Point one another ex Jersey boat.
Yes, both fine. Petita had a big refit about 10 years back, nicely done, has Steyr engines, gets used regularly. She wears race number 606, its not her number and I'm not sure why they do it.
Point One recently returned to the water after a few years ashore, she's in long term ownership.
and Point One looks more terrible than ever... so sad. I remember Point One from my childhood and always hope that some crazy fool restores it. Moored opposite her a couple of weeks ago and when the bilge pump came on I think it ran for 10 minutes at pretty high pressure and she went up an inch in the water..
