Will anyone want to buy my anchor chain?

A boat I raced on once kedged in about 80 metres of water to win a race.

I expect I could do that already, and more. 60m chain, 40m warp, plus another huge coil of very nice braid-on-braid which came with the previous boat. I've never measured it, but there must be about 50m there, maybe more. And that's before we start bending on all the mooring warps (ten of them of varying lengths) and the cruising chute sheets which are absurdly long as well (about 20m each). Oh, and unshackle the kedge warp (10m chain, 40m warp) and add that. Hey, in light winds I imagine the 100m roll of 4mm braided burgee halyard would probably hold us, so add that on as well :D (not really, I'd be too worried about losing all the stuff before it).

I suppose the large box of extra rope in the shed at home doesn't count though :)

Just a note to the various people who've sent me PMs about buying the chain. This thread genuinely wasn't intended as a sales offer (I'd have put that in the For Sale forum) and I haven't responded to anybody yet because I still haven't decided what to do. Thanks though for reassuring me that there is a market :)

I'm off sailing for a long weekend from tomorrow, so don't expect much to happen on this front.
