I'm working on doing the same - probably book this week a lift for JW for mid March.
I'm thinking that I'll drive down this time on the first 2009 ferry out of Plymouth - that way I can take the materials with me.

I spoke to Neil last week - I am just waiting for FL to come back to me regarding a date for repairing the minor scuffs to the Gelcoat (caused when finger berth failed), this will require Buster ashore. Dave also wants to take his Westerly out very soon.
If the timing is right, I also hope to take a loaded car through Santander to SCM - AutoRoute reckons 447 miles (6Hrs 41mins) - may break this in two just for fun!
