As already mentioned, WE don't need the law. But the politicians & lawyers seem to! I agree that what we are seeing is likely to be a power struggle between quangos like the MCA etc.
I suspect the Cameroons may be on to a winner by labelling the current Govt as a centralising, controlling state. Unfortunately, I have little faith that they will be much different themselves!
