Would doing an Excel spreadsheet or something, then posting it as an attachment work ?

it might seem daft , i have these ideas straight after a nightshift but if people want a copy of yr list why dont they just copy and paste into a word doc and print it off from there ? . when FC gave me some help wiv wiring thats what i did and it work fine .

If you are going to add the MMSI number, you can also add the official International radio call-sign.

Just a thought on this. If no objections, it seems Mr Google helps out here. Your Google Calender (pinned thread already) allows uploading of doc's like pic's and lists. Might as well make use of it. Tested by uploading a pic from a previous ECF gathering (Jim looking well dapper)

it is already in a spreadsheet. I was asking how to present it in the forum. i can't cut and paste a spreadhseet into a message. If someone wants to suggest a website to save it to, happy to do that.

only problem with using other website is that you have to log into them. As it is i can never remember the password for the calendar and i was hoping that it could be saved within this forum so that its easy for people to refer to and that could be easily edited with additions or corrections.

Anyway - I will email it to Morgana (please send email address) on Monday.
