We're going to be at Poole Quay Boat Haven Saturday and Sunday nights. Apologies in advance for the noise our kids will make whilst emptying the harbour of crabs. Come and say hello if you see us; always beer in the fridge or a cup tea if that's more your thing..

Mercury YH tonight for a few beers with family
Swanwick Saturday night - a blast around the Solent in the morning, Bursledon Regatta from early afternoon and through the night
Port Hamble Sunday night - Lunch in the King and Queen, kidz crabbing and dog walk round Hamble Common in the arvo + bit of a party on the boat in the evening
leaving plans open for Monday

We are having a quiet one this weekend.

Pub at Muskham Ferry on Saturday, BBQ at Dunham on Sunday and a reccie of the Chesterfield Canal by dinghy leaving big (little) boat at West Stockwith on Monday before heading back to Burton on Tuesday.

Cowes last night and tonight.............just woke up with a really sore head!!.........must have been the last drink I had!! Lunch in the sailing club.......watch the Rugby League Final.........and then back onto the loopy juice tonight..........we are perched on N4..............pop in if you like.........the bar is now open!!!

Sat in the house waiting for one of the dogs to drop a litter of pups which watching her scratching a nest together is pretty imminent, so won't be adding any more hours to the boat anytime soon.

Might as well pull her out of the water now. This season has been a shambles despite the weather, always in the wrong place at the right time - perfect conditions at home, we are on holiday but abroad; hot weather but too windy on a weekend to take her off the berth safely, and home improvements on a weekend have all taken their toll.

3 nights aboard and 2 hours running time. I reckon it would have been cheaper to keep the boat out and stay those 3 nights at the Ritz.

I've been off work for the week so cruised to Little Bollington, (nr. Dunham Massey and The Swan With Two Nicks), and spent part of the week there. On Thursday, tootled into Lymm where I am at the moment. This afternoon I'll drive home to pick up SWMBO, and we'll join the Club cruise to Walton Gardens, where we'll be having a BBQ this evening. Tomorrow probably back to Lymm, then next week in Little Bollington again - commuting to work on Tues and Wed.

Very Nice!
